Thomas Beardmore

Tom has lived locally for more than a decade and loves that Abney provides quiet green space and old woodland in the middle of the city. Having recently become a father he uses the park frequently while out keeping a little person entertained. 

Tom is a charity fundraiser by profession and joined the trust in May 2026, sitting on the fundraising committee. He has previously studied conservation and is keen to help the park retain it’s unique ecology and history as a well used community space.
