Order Processing Time
All orders are dispatched within 60 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
Delivery Method
We use Royal Mail for all deliveries.
Depending on the delivery service selected at checkout, your order will typically arrive within the following timeframes:
Royal Mail 1st Class: 1–2 business days after dispatch
Royal Mail 2nd Class: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Royal Mail Tracked Services: 1–2 business days after dispatch (includes tracking updates)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as postal delays or local disruptions.
Delivery Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. We aim to keep our delivery fees as low as possible while ensuring reliable delivery.
International Delivery
At this time, we do not offer international delivery.

Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us because of a failed delivery attempt, we may charge additional postage to resend it.
