Join us in the community room for a free nature craft activity workshop for 4-10 year olds accompanied by their parent/carer. You are welcome to drop in on the day, but if we're busy, we'll give priority to people who have signed up below. Please bring a clean, dry glass jar to transform into a lantern. Our garden will also be open for outdoor play and you can explore the nature reserve to discover the colourful autumn leaves.
The outdoor play area and community room are located next to the Abney Park Cafe. Follow the cobbled path from the Stoke Newington High Street entrance and you’ll see a side path to your right which leads to the garden. Please park buggies on the patio area and close the gate after you to keep the garden secure. Please enter through the same gate for the community room and remove your shoes before coming inside.
Access information : The outdoor play area is made up of a paved area, grass and woodland with bark underfoot. There are accessible toilets and baby changing facilities available in the community room. Ramp access at Church Street entrance, level access at Stoke Newington High Street entrance. The garden is a dog-free area, with the exception of service dogs on leads.
