Join us on Sunday 4 October for an opportunity to view inside the recently restored Chapel. If you just want to see the inside of the Chapel, please feel free to drop in at any time between 11:00 and 13:00.
In addition at midday, Abney Park Trust are hosting a talk about the life and times of JJ Fuller. Born into an enslaved family in Jamaica in 1825, Joseph Fuller was a powerful orator and committed minister, who worked as a missionary in Cameroon for over 40 years before settling in Stoke Newington. He is buried here, in Abney, near the High Street entrance and while we know where his grave is, there is no marker.
On 1 November, as a prelude to our Remembrance Day Service , our noon talk will focus on the War Dead buried and remembered in Abney Park
Because Abney can get quite muddy we would request no dogs in the chapel.
Toilets and baby changing facilities available.
