Sound for the soul - breathe, sing, and move together. Join Tara Franks for a relaxed, playful workshop focusing on the joy of making a collective sound through breathwork, movement and learning songs by ear (no need to read music). This free workshop is open to everyone over the age of 18, whatever your experience of singing. We are particularly keen to engage with people aged 24-35 years of age, as well as people of all ages who are looking for creative ways to support their wellbeing.

The Chapel is situated in the heart of Abney Park, and has recently been restored, with new stained glass windows and accessible facilities. The acoustic is glorious, making this the perfect setting for a singing circle. Please book your free tickets in advance. We want as many people as possible to access this event, so please email steph@abneypark.org if you are no longer able to attend and we can offer your ticket to someone on the waiting list.
