The Wizard of Oz

After the huge success of last years Grimm’s Fairy Tales, Pandemonium Performance return to Abney Park with a new version of L. Frank Baum’s classic The Wizard of Oz.

Join Dorothy as she is blown away from home in Kansas and into the strange & wonderful world of Oz.
This unique promenade performance will take you deep into Oz as Dorothy meets the Scarecrow, the Tin Woodman and the Cowardly Lion. Together they will embark on a journey to meet the Wizard of Oz whilst being pursued by the Wicked Witch of the West.

This production will bring all the intrigue and fun of Baum’s novel and promises to be an unmissable opportunity see this beloved classic in a beautiful and singular location.

Abney Park, in Stoke Newington, is one of the ‘magnificent seven’ garden cemeteries of London. It is a woodland memorial park and local nature reserve managed by the London Borough Hackney and the Abney Park Trust.

Last year’s production of Grimm’s fairy Tales garnered over 75 five-star audience reviews on the Design My Night ticket page.

Please be aware that this show takes place outdoors so please dress accordingly and wear appropriate footwear.
